AM3 is led by three experienced executives from film, tech, and Japanese entertainment.

Annmarie Sairrino

CEO and Co-Founder

Ms. Sairrino has over a decade of experience developing collaborative partnership opportunities for Japanese creators and Hollywood producers. As head of her own production company (AMMO Entertainment), she produced and released two feature films based on Japanese properties in 2022. She has also vetted over 1,500 Japanese properties, developed extensive relationships in Japan and Hollywood, and served as the head of three Japan-US co-production companies.

Jeff Pulver

Chairman and Co-Founder

Mr. Pulver has guided over 400 startups in his 25+ year career as a visionary technologist. He co-founded Vonage, successfully lobbied the US Government on era-defining tech regulation, and has been an industry innovator and advocate in the internet communications technology industry. His extensive experience with and networks within the emerging fields of Web3 and collaborative internet platforms will guide the development of AM3’s exciting project communities.

Nicholas Zabaly

Strategy and Co-Founder

Mr. Zabaly has been involved in the Japanese content industry for over 15 years, including a decade working with Ms. Sairrino in film development and production. He possesses extensive knowledge of the international Japanese content fan community, has cultivated relationships with Japanese creators, and has assisted Japanese animation studios in the development of global content, most recently serving as an associate producer on the Disney+ anime co-production Star Wars: Visions.

Joe Mazzeo

Mr. Mazzeo is the founder of Crossfire Consulting, a full-service software development firm. He has spent over 30 years leveraging experience in the computing, telecommunications, and financial systems industries to advise in the launch of new tech-based ventures. His prior experience includes serving in executive management roles in multiple NYSE- and ASE-listed companies. Mr. Mazzeo is a leading advisor in the fields of venture analysis, acquisition studies, and investment recommendations.

Mason Geyser

Mr. Geyser has served as an advisor in the fields of fan engagement, internet gaming, and Web3 finance for the past six years. He has managed creators in the social gaming space and produced engaging content for top gaming companies and teams. In Web3 finance, he has worked extensively in the emerging DeFi space, built POC miners and managed POS nodes, and served on numerous creator councils developing social token platforms. His current focus is advising the design of fan-centric communities in the Web3 space.
